The Brick Horrible Costumer Service - sectional white sofa ZANEWRSEC
I bought a sectional sofa from Brick at Heritage meadows, I called the costumer service on Monday and made arrangements for the delivery on Thursday and let them know that I will be working till 6 pm so delivery has to be after 6 pm. The costumer service representative said it clearly that they will deliver it between 6-9 pm on Thursday. I got an automatic phone call from their delivery service on Wednesday (only one day before delivery) that they scheduled me for Thursday 9-11 Am . I called the costumer service they said " We DON"T ACCEPT YOUR SCHEDULE, OUR DELIVERY DEPARTMENT DETERMINES THE DELIVERY TIME".
I asked to cancel the delivery and said that I will return the purchase because I lost my trust in them. Thursday at 11 am while I was at work they were at my door my teenage daughter opened the door and they delivered the cough in by damaging my brand new laminate floor. I went to the store and costumer service manager treated me like a CRAP. She kept repeating that you may decide to keep it. I said I am really disappointed with their costumer care and insisted to return. They said again their delivery department will decide when to come to my home to pick it up. I got an automated call only the night before that they are coming coming on Saturday 1-4 pm. They ruined even my weekend. The managers in the store were very rude and didn't care that the mistake was them not mine, they were not sorry at all.
