Horrible Platinum card service - Platinum Card
They put extra charges on your credit card, on calling the customer service number, the person picks up and after all inquiry on the charges says it is not their problem, we have to talk to brick customer service which they give the no. 877-548-9372 and again LOL it goes back to them.
They try to play around with customers as if they feel happy about it.
