Brick delivered broken chest - Chest
The brick delivered a broken chest we bought for $600. The same day of delivery we told the delivery driver we did not want the broken piece of furniture. He told us to contact the sales person at the store. The salesperson promised he would have it handled but no one ever showed up. I contacted head office who told me I would have to speak to the sales guy. The sales guy told me I would have to speak to the manager, the manager of surrey central location NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Ultimately we spent $600 dollars on a piece of furniture that's broken and cannot be used - AND NO ONE WANTS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. At this point we want our money back, but I know that will be another challenge to get out of these people. Its now been three weeks. I contacted Surrey Central location once more and got yelled at by reception. the brick is nothing but a scam. If they don't resolve this by the end of this week, I will probably take Brick to civil court for causing such a hassle to my family.
