Let's band together and do something about this horrible company.

Here is our story: The Brick offers fantastic deals to lure unsuspecting consumers into their stores. The truth about the high interest gouging is rarely spoken of. My fiancee purchased appliances from the Brick on 18 months free of interest. Before they were delivered, she went back to purchase a bedroom set and was told the bedroom set couldn't be put back on the same plan. So she had a 3-month plan on the 2nd purchase. In May, she was late with her monthly $62 payment which was due May 27th. She paid $100 on June 5th and $900 on June 9th. When she received the July statement, to her horror, they collapsed the 1st purchase 18-month free interest and started charging her interest. When we called to inquire, they said it's standard practice when a payment is late to collapse all existing deals. We said this was unfair and requested that the 18-month interest free be re-instated on the 1st purchase and they said it will take 4-6 weeks to get back to us with an answer. This is extremely unfair and we are asking for your help. We are going to start a social media campaign against the Brick and warn as many people as we can about their shady practices. We have the names of the 1st service rep and the supervisor "Kodiac". We are planning to strike back against the Brick by standing outside some of their locations and warning potential customers not to buy from them, will you join us? She purchased from the McLeod road location in Niagara Falls but we live in Hamilton and will be rotating amongst several stores until our issues have been resolved.
