Poor Service - bed furnitures, hall furniture

They were supposed to deliver our bed that we exchanged because the other oe is a piece of garbage!! We lost 400 on the exchange and they promised to deliver this weekend. The salesman "Mark" neglected to inform them and now we have to wait for delivery! When I confronted them about it the "lady" I was talking too hung up on me!!!! She has been very rude to me before as well! I will never buy from them again!!!
