Brick cracked dining chairs
bought a 5 piece dining set from Brick 2 months ago. Still waiting for the final and fourth chair! returned the dining table leg the same day it was delivered as it was cracked.called customer service apprently in Quebec they mail delivered to me the following week and the leg was cracked again. went to the warehouse and they knew nothing about what i wanted and finally after explaining all i needed was a leg of the dining, got it done. then came the problem with the dining chair which again was cracked and the final time was uneven after fixing it and this happenned 4 TIMES as i went back to the store room to get the final chair. I must say Brick has the most ridiculously worst customer service and product quality. Guys at the quality control wake up...I wont be going back to Brick ever and I will make sure I will tell everyone my story.
