Very very poor costumer service and dishonest and pushy - Mattres and sofa
I bought a matters and a sofa from the Brick at Newmarket on May 4 2017
The sales person was rushing and did not explain about their sales and return, exchange policy and said the prices. ( are low only today. ( few days later when i was at the store to talk about my purchase all the prices was the same )
On the delivery day 2 guys showed up rushing to bring the matters in, one pushing and the other dragging the matters on the floor so that the matters was folded i objected but in a flash day brought the matters in and took off the cover when i asked them this matters is a expensive one and is not suppose to be folded they said its too late now call the store.
Delivery guys could not take the sofa to my basement so they left with the sofa. when i called the store they said they can't do anything about it and for the sofa i must go and take another one. i went to take another sofa but there wasn't any that would fit to my budget and would go to the basement. They also were going to take 30% of my money and charge me another delivery charge. I ended up buying a bed and paid extra.
