Manager of store needs to be replaced - Bamboo matttress protector


Hello, I recently purchased a new bed and mattress protector from their Saskatoon( Clarence) location last week. My order was ready for pick up when they said it would be available. Yesterday I picked up my goods from the warehouse. The mattress was fine but the protector was one of those thin, so-called bamboo sheets that you could probably acquire at fabricland for 15 dollars. Today I went in to return it, get a refund or trade it in with a new one which would last for at least 2 months. That's when all hell broke loose! yes that's correct...over a mattress protector. The lady was extremely short with me and had stated this is a final sale item and basically too bad so sad.( without a resolution or another possible way to help a customer out) I had stated that I think the policy is stupid and whats wrong with customer service. That's when this arrogant, hall monitor type manager floats over to the desk and tells me that I was acting aggressively, mocked my speech and the way I was speaking and sticking his chest out at me! I didn't know whether I was going to die of laughter or jump over the desk and twist his neck backwards. I suppose its a good thing my son was there. They offered zero customer service and zero options for my recent purchase/return. ( this manager gets five red faces by the way )Another associate came over and saved the day. He got me calmed down, replaced my product with a better one, and explained everything to me. This sales rep should have been running the store and the manager should be sent away somewhere with a polka dot bag affixed to a wooden stick! 2 out of 5 stars.
