The worst customer service ever!
This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I called because i was wondering about something in my statement and i talked to your the customer service people TD financial services " your lender apparently"..unbelievable how rude they are!! they all sound like they hate what they doing, there is one lady her name is Diana, she doesn't even let me finish explaining and listen to what i am saying and keep giving answers for things i didn't ask about so i ask her to let me finish first what i am saying then i told here can i talk to someone else please? then her answer was what is your problem?!!!! so i told her are you gonna fight me or what? i just can't talk to you so she said anybody else you will talk to will tell you the same thing i told her whatever just let me talk to somebody else so what she did? she hung up the phone!!!! i called back another lady answered me here name is Erin she also sounds like so annoyed and hate her job so i ask to talk to Leo the manager and the same thing you don't feel that they are willing to help you or even listen to you, you have the worst customer service team i have ever dealt with. anyway i am gonna pay off what i have in the Brick s card and NEVER want to deal with the Bricks again and i will make sure everybody i know knows how rude and unprofessional your people are, and take my advise , if you hired some plumbers or carpenters they we will do much better job than those guys who doesn't know how to work.
