Sofa Waranty not satisfied - recliner couch


I'm not satisfied about the whole process of warranty I called the furniture dept to fix my recliner seat in a sofa it took so long that the other recliner seat started to have prob when the service technician came to pick up sofa to fix it I told him that I'm having prob with the other seat aswell he just ignored me and told me that it's normal just because it's not connected to the full sofa I even told him no it was giving me prob when it was attached he just ignored and fix one side of the seat when they brought it back it was torn aswell then it took me forever to get another service call to see the sofa they took picture and have been waiting for over 3 weeks haven't heard anything from them the whole process about 3-4 month forever to resolve issue however seconds to take warranty $!!! I will never do business with brick again! Worst company I ever dealt with
